Good basic hotel close to Paddington. Basement room was very bright. Staff friendly and efficient. Only issue was it felt run down, but that’s probably why it’s so affordable.

Breakfast was great, location was ideal but The bathroom was TINY, smaller the that of a cruise ship. If you’re traveling with more then one other adult it’s a tight fit for 3 in a single room. After day two of towels not drying all the way they got funky smelling so we left them on the bathroom floor assuming the advertised “housekeeping” would replace them. However when we got back to the room the towels were still on the bathroom floor and a note stating it was £1 per towel replacement if we needed new ones. So if you stay less then 5 nights don’t expect to get new towels without a charge. Other then that hiccup the location and breakfast was the best it had going for it. I personally wouldn’t stay there again.

Good value, small hotel. On a great location near transport hub, shopping, short ride from major attractions and parks. Although the rooms are small they were comfortable. Free breakfast was a bonus. Great for a short stay.

The room was very small. There was only 1 plug. There was no air conditioner and only a small fan. London was over 90 degrees, so it was not a comfortable temperature.

Excellent for 1 night stay

Excellent for the price. Location to Paddington could not of been better. Our only complaint was the bathroom was tiny and there was a bit of a smell in there. However would def stay there again.breakfast was free and was absolutely fine and much appreciated.

Everything was good and comfortable, the only problem we had was our room was on the 3rd floor and there's NO Elevator, I am 66yrs old with a heart condition, so I wasn't happy about that.

Nice clean room and serving fairly good breakfast. Have to carry the luggage ourselves, luckily only to the first floor. Close enough to Paddington for easy travel to the City and Heathrow airport. Thomas, the New Zealander staff is very friendly and helpful, he even warmed up the croissant for the breakfast. i do recommend this hotel as the price is reasonable.

Small, boutique hotel. Only issue was that this hotel does not have an elevator (we did not think to even check for that). Knee replacement meant stairs were doable but tough. Staff was among the best we've experienced. Super helpful and friendly.

My two teenagers and I stayed here for 3 nights. Our check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had fresh towels and a hot water pit with coffee and tea. Breakfast was an assortment of cereals, breads, yogurt, fruit, juice, milk and coffee served in the breakfast area. The hotel is perfectly located - it’s 5 minutes from Paddingotn station which has a direct line to Heathrow and access to several Tube lines. It’s near Hyde park and not in the midst of crazy tourist crowds. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a simple, clean, and friendly place to stay. If you’re looking for a big hotel with lots of amenities this isn’t for you. For us it was absolutely perfect

Good value for money.Breakfast was ok.Staff friendly and helpful.Clean and comfortable bed.Paddington station 5 min walk away.Tiny bathroom cell, but good enough for me.No lift up to 4th floor.Noone at reception desk overnight, you're supposed to ring another hotel nearby for emergencies .Not an issue, if everybody behaves themselves, I guess.
