"The location of this Hotel is excellent situated between Big Ben across the Thames next to the London Eye..
The room was clean, with a typical old English shower, slightly bigger than a phone booth. I thought the "suite" was designed poorly with the bathroom situated between the king bed on one side with a "roll out sofa bed" on the other, which was quite uncomfortable for my 71 year old body on the other side. I was traveling with a friend so the configuration isn't workable. When I made the booking I requested a room with twin beds. We asked to be moved to just a twin bed but was told we were ungraded to a suite; our request was denied and was told they would split the king bed by about 6 inches. If you want personal privacy this hotel is not for you. If you are traveling with a small family it provides privacy you would like. As a single traveler usually with friends and not a significant other this hotel is not for you. A thumbs up on the breakfast buffet and kitchen staff and an ice machine on every floor,"
