The hotel was a lovely surprise. Centrally located and close to tube stations, we found it a perfect base for our London adventure. The room, though small, was well appointed and very well maintained. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The dinners were also good quality and well priced. The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.
