"Had to cut my stay short since there was no water. There was also a construction crew working there around 8am daily. There was no hot water whatsoever. Getting inside was a mission. Looks nothing like the pics! Beds are not comfortable. Very deceiving. I expressed my concern to them and all they did was apologize. They refused to refund me anything at all. Customer service is atrocious. They’ve been ignoring me. "
