"We had the most amazing time. My boyfriend and i went for a romantic week away, we are both vegetarian and pretty quiet people. There wasnt a ton of vegetarian option, because its not as normal in Thailand to be vegetarian (i found), but the kitchen and staff were phenominally accommodating to modifications. We set up their romantic dinner for 2 package, which they agan were incredibly accommodating and they set up an absolutely beautiful heart light display. My boyfriend is now my fiancé, as we got engaged during our romantic dinner on the beach. The rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet. We had an amazing time!!! Neung and the restaurant manager who organized our special evening were extra special for us. PLUS! The beach was right there, beautiful views of the sunrise and the moon. "

"I recently stayed at Sri Panwa Phuket and overall had a lovely experience. The property itself is beautiful, with stunning views that really elevate the entire stay. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, and the private pool was definitely a highlight. The food throughout the resort was amazing—everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. One of the standout experiences was visiting the rooftop bar, Baba Nest. The atmosphere there is incredible, and the sunset view was absolutely breathtaking and very relaxing. The only downside during my stay was the checkout process. I was a bit surprised that staff needed to check the room before we were allowed to leave. In my experience with other five-star hotels, this isn’t typically required, so it felt a bit unusual. Another guest checking out ahead of me also expressed the same concern. Aside from that small inconvenience, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider returning for the views, food, and overall ambiance."

"We stayed here for seven nights and were left hugely disappointed. The staff are lovely and it's clean.The massage in the spa was superb I went three times. Then we get to the negatives the food is average at best pretty tasteless to say it's meant to be a Michelin chef.Breakfast basic and that's being kina.It you want matcha latte you have to pay extra a first for me. On our second night a family moved next door to our premier pool villa. Kids screaming and shouting in their pool until midnight we couldn't sleep.l went to reception to complain and they went to speak to them three times and they just got louder didn't care. We spoke with the room's manager the next morning after having a sleepless night who spoke with the owner who is the General manager and she declined for us to check out stating kids will be kids. Sorry but | disagree listening to yelling and screaming until midnight and it continued the next night.lt was two families one in a room with no pool congregated into a one bed villa with pool next to us extremely noisy and inconsiderate of other guests.We were offered a choice of two other rooms either next to the main pool or next to the busy main road neither were suitable and extremely noisy. lo me the owner doesn't care about guests wellbeing only counting the pennies. No compensation basically had to grin and bear it and count down to leaving. We would not return nor recommend. "

"Really lovely week. The property and the location are beautiful. The facilities, restaurants, etc. were all excellent. I would very much recommend it as a pleasant, relaxing holiday resort in a really beautiful spot. The service was very friendly and helpful but sometimes not quite hitting the standards I think they were aiming for - but only in little things, such as running out of menus one evening. The management of the airport transfers, which was important, was seamless."
