The hand-carved wooden architecture is unlike anything I’ve ever seen — every beam, doorway, and sculpture tells a story. It’s not just accommodation; it’s an immersive experience in craftsmanship and design that left us genuinely speechless. We stayed in one of the large pool villas, and I can’t recommend it enough — it’s completely worth the upgrade. The views were stunning, the privacy unmatched, and the feeling of being in a luxurious forest sanctuary is unforgettable. Special thanks to Sarinna at check-in, who made our arrival so smooth and welcoming — her warmth set the tone for the entire stay and c,out The staff overall were outstanding, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely kind. While the food was good, especially the fresh grill menu, it could be elevated a bit more. That said, the setting is so remarkable that food becomes a secondary concern — you’re too busy soaking in the beauty around you. There was one room service staff member who seemed consistently grumpy, but in a way it became a bit of a running joke for us — it added character to the place rather than taking anything away. From start to finish, the experience was flawless, deeply inspiring, and unlike any other. I left with a sense of awe and admiration for the incredible detail and effort put into every inch of the property. "

"Excellent pool. Layout of villa was good. Had a nice shower. Enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Very responsive, kind and friendly staff. Liked the shuttle to the mall and beach. Enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a very pleasant stay here being our first time at Phuket. Although, things were pretty distance away. They had accommodation and transportation to Phuket Old Town and Shopping which will take 40-50mins via van (must book day prior). Other free amenities were free kayaking and ride to the supalai beach. We had the sea view room which was beautiful. We choose breakfast option which is just couple of dollars more (highly recommended to keep you full). We went at low season in mid May which is a lot quieter and less people. The staff were very welcoming and nice. Overall, it was a beautiful stay and would highly recommend if you want a quiet and beautiful place with free accommodation!"

"We thought we'd give VRBO another shot. This particular listing gave us 3 different locations to go to first of all, each being at least 15 mins apart. The host didn't send us any messages about how to get to the place, or get access to the place. We finally found what looked like the place, although the pictures didn't match the actual location. The host didn't respond to us at all, even after numerous messages, talking to others renting other units at the same place, attempting to call, and chatting with VRBO support.Needless to say, it was a terrible experience! Luckily we were able to get a refund and find another place."
