"This is my fourth time at this resort. I always stay a week, and I’m never disappointed from the moment you step off the airplane to the moment you’re back on the mainland, the staff are just amazing. I have been here multiple times before and after COVID and regardless of the situations or what is going on around the world, the service remains the same. The staff are some of the best people I’ve ever met and are genuinely loving and wanting to help you. I can’t wait to come back! It’s always the highlight of my holidays and always recommend to others."

"My expectations were exceeded! The staff is incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly. We had the private pool suite room and it was gorgeous, cleaned twice a day. The shared pool, spa area, entire hotel is stunning. There are two restaurants that has great Thai food and then a menu with everything. Breakfast is included and is very good. They also have a happy hour twice a day, Big and Jo were our servers most of the nights and were excellent - we appreciated them a lot! We did one of the hikes through the hotel to Black Rock and had an amazing time, and the spa did a phenomenal job as well - definitely utilize their activities. The beach is better for walking along than staying on - the beach locations on the other side of Phuket you can relax on, but none of the hotels are beach front and they didn’t seem super spectacular when we visited. Old town (I’d skip it), Patong, Kata beach, Big Buddha, and the temple (skip if you’re seeing Bangkok temples), etc. are about a 45-1 hour drive due to traffic, but the other luxury hotels I looked at in comparison to here was the same scenario. I did a lot of research trying to find the correct report/ location and think this hotel was perfect. Will definitely be recommending to anyone! "

"We’ve now stayed at this resort twice and can honestly say the service is amazing every single time. On our first visit we stayed in the ocean villa with pool, which was absolutely incredible. This time we stayed in a garden bungalow and it was just as good in a completely different way. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and attentive — they really make the experience special. Highly recommend and we already can’t wait to come back again!"

"Nice location. Very sweet staff members. My suggestion is to rework menu. No other place to eat nearby, so I had to eat onsite. Emphasis is that the staff very ver kind. Beach access easy. Pools nice. I will stay there again 😁"

"We had a pool-facing room. (1) The constant disrespect of other hotel guests sitting on our bedroom steps into the pool, & being intimate with one another, was very annoying. Hotel guests should not be allowed to sit on any steps which is not outside their own bedrooms. (2) Patrons having very loud get-togethers outside their bedrooms by the poolside should not be allowed. This is totally disrespectful towards other hotel guests. (3) The private playing of excessively loud music by hotel guests in the pool area should not be allowed. Hotel guests pay top dollars for their hotel stay, & the decibel level of private music needs to be controlled. All the above put a damper on our stay!"
