"Had a late night arrival and needed an inexpensive place to stay with an airport shuttle so I could go back in the morning and pick up my rental car. The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was what you’d expect. Everything was immaculately clean were comfortable. It was exactly what I was looking for."

"We booked our room here bc i love art and the website said pet friendly. While they welcome pets, there wasnt a place for the dog to do his business. We asked around and determined that we probably shouldve left the dog at home. But he lived his best life prancing around downtown at all hours of the night looking for a patch of grass. We really liked the location of 21c. Every single one of the staff was friendly and offered suggestions when we asked. The valet staff was awesome. Very prompt and friendly. The hotel was very clean and safe. We enjoyed all the art work. Would recommend this little gem in the heart of cincinnati!"

"Hotel and staff were good. We thought that breakfast was included, only to find out it was $8 at registration counter or $11 at breakfast counter. The food they served was less than what you get for a free Continental breakfast at other hotels."
