"The hotel was nice and in a great location. There was no air conditioning, but the large windows in our corner room provided great ventilation. The shower had great water pressure. We loved the location, with trams nearby and downtown within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helped carry our bags upstairs when the elevator was broken. We really enjoyed our stay in Heidelberg, which was definitely a highlight of our trip."

"Ausser dem Fakt das keine Klimaanlage sondern lediglich ein mobiles Klimagerät im Wohnzimmer ohne eine richtige Abluftvorrichtung vorhanden war und man direkt drauf hingewiesen wurde es nicht nachts zu nutzen (wir hatten bis zu 38 Grad Aussentemperatur und es war unerträglich heiss unter dem Dach) war alles wie beschrieben.Eine tolle geräumige Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und guter Entfernung für allerlei Tagesausflüge die wir mit 2 Kindern genutzt haben (Tripsdrill, Plopsaland usw.)Alles war sauber und wie beschrieben (bis auf die Klima).Ausserhalb von Hitzeperioden sehr zu empfehlen."

"Overall worth the cost. It has all the amenities in the room described- kitchen, fridge, pots/pans, plates etc. The kitchen sink and kitchen in general was super duper small so wouldn’t be good for a larger meal prep. I just heated some stuff up. Hotel was quiet and clean. You don’t get room cleaning for less than 3 days so if that’s important to you, maybe not the best fit. They had signs in English for many things, but I would have appreciated some directions on how to work the induction stove. Since they must cater to foreign travelers given everything in English, you would think they’d realize induction stovetops are not a thing in America. I also would have appreciated a heads up about the major construction and how to safely cross the street to the property from the train station. I just crossed when traffic wasn’t coming and hoped for best. It is a bit of a walk from old town so something to note. Overall woyld stay again and was worth the price."

"Everything was perfect! A bit disappointed that the buffet dinner didn’t had more choice suitable for children, but this is personal to every family. One of our children has a very limited diet and couldn’t find nothing that he would eat."
