Sauberkeit mangelhaft

Bilder sehen besser aus als es ist, Zustand inzwischen etwas runtergerockt, ist auf den Bildern so nicht erkennbar. Im Badezimmer lagen noch Haare, daraufhin habe ich ein neues Zimmer bekommen, dort waren wieder Haare aber nicht so viele. Für eine Nacht erträglich, aber ein sauberes Zimmer ist das A und O. Würde das Hotel nicht noch mal buchen.

Positiv - Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, optimal nach einer anstrengenden Anreise. - Check-in war unkompliziert, man wurde herzlich begrüßt. - Bequemes Bett für einen angenehmen Schlaf. (Kissen und Decke sind perfekt) - Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer für den perfekten Start in den Tag. - Die Minibar ist mit verschiedenen Erfrischungsgetränken gefüllt. (kostenlos!) - Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Cons - Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft, ein absolutes No Go. So etwas muss doch bei der Reinigung der Zimmer bemerkt werden?! Es ist sehr ärgerlich, wenn man während dem Duschen erstmal das Wasser abdrehen muss, um das stehende Wasser langsam abfließen zu lassen.

Schönes Hotel, sensationelles Frühstück

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Innenstadt von Walldorf. Wir sind zum Konzert am Hockenheimring angereist. Unser Zimmer war schon ab 13:00 Uhr verfügbar, dir Rezeption war bei unserer Ankunft besetzt und hat uns alles gezeigt. Sehr großzügiges, sauberes 3-Bett-Zimmer, das Frühstücksbuffet ist sensationell und das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Erfahrung!

I visited for a few nights, Christmas and Boxing Day. The hotel was not busy. Breakfast is very well organized with a variety of choices. There's an espresso machine in the hotel room and there's a refrigerator containing five complimentary drinks. There's also a kettle to make tea. The bathroom is very nice. The bed, pillows and duvet were very comfortable. I used Villa Bosco in Walldorf as a base for exploring Heidelberg. Worked out wonderfully. Check in did not go well because it was required to do in advence but i only received an email in German, which i don't speak. So it took longer but the staff was veru friendly and helpful and the room was great. No A/C but a fan is available and the bathroom is clean and very pretty. Nice place to close to evething also and safe parking.

Nur Online Check In und Online Check Out - das war bei der Buchung bekannt. Bei meiner Ankunft war das Tablett abgestürzt, der Check in also nicht möglich. Über ein Telefonat das Problem geklärt. Beim Check In angegebenen, dass es sich um eine Business Übernachtung handelt und beim Check Out gab es keine Möglichkeit, eine Rechnung zu erhalten. Also wieder angerufen, nachmittags kam dann die Rechnung mit einem falschen Betrag. Bis jetzt noch keine korrekte Rechnung……..

Hopplös incheckning men fint boende

Incheckning var katastrofalt dålig, helt hopplös. Det tog oss en åtminstone timme, och ingen svarade i telefonen (jo, en gång, men vi hade behövt mer hjälp..) Vi är vana resenärer bor mycket på hotell. Gör övrigt var rummet superfint! Bekvämt med sköna sängar, Frukosten var toppen och servicen likaså. Ovanligt gott kaffe!

Bitte besser ausschildern. Nur ein kleines rundes Schild über dem Eingang. Bin 2x vorbeigefahren, ein freundlicher Anwohner hat mir den richtigen Hinweis gegeben. Das Hotel ist völlig in Ordnung. Alles im sehr gutem Zustand. Im Bad gibt es leider kaum Ablagemöglichkeit. Der Kulturbeutel muss auf dem Boden stehen. Das Online-Einchecken war nicht so einfach. Man benötigt eine App. Der Link auf Expedia hat nicht funktioniert. Im Eingangsbereich gab es kein Netz. Hab über eine halbe Stunde gebraucht bis ich im Zimmer war. Wer das vorher schon mal gemacht hat wird es schneller schaffen. Deutschsprachige Hinweise wären auch hilfreich. In der vor dem Hotel liegenden Fußgängerzone gibt es jede Menge Gastronomie. Das hat meine Laune besser werden lassen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super und die Damen dort sehr freundlichen. Bin zufrieden!

Braucht man nicht

Der Check-in war problematisch. Mann sollte auf jedem Fall ein Handy und Internet haben. Sonst geht gar nichts. Habe mich mit einem weiteren Gast zusammen eingecheckt, dann hat es funktioniert. Die Mitarbeiterin war anschließend sehr nett und hat dich entschuldigt. Das Zimmer hat nach dem Boden zu urteilen schon einiges erlebt. Die Parksituation ist auch nicht prickelnd. Das sind alles Sachen die ich nach einem Langen Arbeitstag nicht gebrauchen kann.
