"My partner and I stayed for 4 nights and loved it! It was a good location for exploring the castles in Northern Wales as well as Snowdonia National Park. It rained part of our trip but we were able to watch two beautiful sunsets from the house and walk by the sheep farms that are all around. The hosts were great with communication and making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend for a peaceful stay."

Even in the village shop they didn't know where certain ref.points were like: follow sign for Plas and the pottery, which has long gone. "We have had the best week at this holiday home. House was beautiful, clean and spacious with everything needed. "We had a wonderful stay in Rhyd Ddu - the cottage was lovely and the location was perfect for walking. Our dog absolutely loved the garden! I was a bit concerned about the on road parking but it was absolutely fine. The tea room opposite is closed for 2024 and also up for sale (July 2024) which was a bit of a shame but the pub down the road was really nice."
