A good and clean room in a central location. Visited on a Saturday night and it was very loud until 2 am. Wouldn't recommend to early birds but more suitable after a night in town

Great stay

Clean Room, Comfortable Bed, Great Shower., Cheap Price. Hotel is above a bar which opens till late on a busy street for nightlife. Close to Liverpool Lime Street and Central But if you want somewhere to crash after a night out, this is the place

Great hotel in the center of liverpool

Amazing location in the centre of everything,reception staff were so helpful,room was lovely ,comfortable and clean only down side was we were on the top floor with no lift but location and overall impression outweighs that ,looking forward to staying again soon

Loud live music around the area but i feel added a nice ambience, quietened down around 11pm (mid week). No lift which is stated but there are a lot of stairs so be prepared to work those thighs! Nice clean property with friendly reception staff.

Perfect location, need to climb up stairs

The location is superb, very near to Lime Street Station and main shops. The front desk lady is accommodating and the service was good. Just be aware that if your room is on the top floor, you will need to carry your luggages and climb up stairs. For top floor, there is no heating in the room.

Loved it

Loved it, me and my lot thought it was ace. Girls behind the desk and your night man were brill. Stayed on the very top floor in one of the new refurb rooms. Spacious, clean, walk in shower, coffee machine the lot. Tv with netflix and the likes on. Was a bit hot as hadnt had the airvon sorted yet in the freshly refurb room but we had a giant fan. To top it off LED lights which the kids loved. Absolutley perfect. Ps Its right outside the train station, only a 10 minute walk to the doc, 5 minutes to the shopping centres and 15 minutes to the home of Football (Anfield obvioulsy). Overall brill staff, brill place, brill location. Will be staying here the 7 / 8 games we get to a season. Thanks guys

We stayed for two hellish nights at this hotel. Each night from 9pm to 4am we were punished with incredibly loud electronic music at a level beyond the threshold of pain. The first night I asked “when will the music stop?” I was assured it would end at midnight. At midnight I was given the answer of “soon”. I tried to check out in the morning but I was assured that the music would not occur again. Sure enough the god awful EDM happened again. Hellen Keller would not have gotten a good night sleep in this place. If you have a pulse stay somewhere else! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED

El pub de abajo pone la música muy alta hasta las 01:00, y luego la vuelven a poner a las 6:30. No se si en todas las habitaciones es lo mismo, pero en la que me tocó fue imposible dormir.

We selected this property for its close proximity to the train station which was fantastic. We liked the comfortable bed and pillows and it was also totally safe and central and clean. It had air conditioning which is a real plus in the summer. You could walk to a lot of the sights from here. The only negative is the noise from the bars below. We asked for a quieter room so were placed on the top floor which was the furthest away from the street level. So be prepared to carry your bags up 3 flights of stairs. It was still quite loud but we were glad we were on the top floor. But the issue with noise was something we already knew about ahead of time. The bathroom was clean and the shower facilities were great.

Great location and staff

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, property is really clean and comfortable. We were on the floor directly above the pub and it was a little noisy but we knew this before we booked and we stayed out fairly late anyway.

Hotel bom, porém fica em cima de uma bar que tem música muito alta até de madrugada. Nosso quarto era no primeiro andar bem acima do bar. A banda parecia estar dentro do quarto. Para quem tem sono leve, isso pode ser um problema

Very nice room

No lift at the hotel so was on the 3rd floor room was very nice ! Only complaint was that the double bed was two singles pushed together and they kept coming apart so big gap appeared and made the bed uncomfortable!! Also noise from bars below was a bit loud and late into early morning but didn't bother me !! Overall the room was very good
