"The staff were all friendly. Our room had a stale cigarette smell so we pretty much kept the slider open for fresh air the whole time. The bathroom was dark and had a dingy feeling. We tried to order food at 930p, couldn’t figure out the menu and called front desk for help. She put us in touch with restaurant manager and he took our order and was amazing. The food was grossly over priced and good, just not great. The free breakfast made up for it and the selection was good. The $45 parking fee/night is outrageous and wasn’t advertised so we were surprised by the extra fee."

"Stay here all the time when I come up for business from San Diego...in Jingletown area...get a waterside view to feel the escape, get a street side view if you like the Urban vibe. about a 40 min walk to Jack London, cross Park St. bridge for access to Alameda and a ton of restaurants and other amenities and shoreline. Breakfast is great also, sausage, hame, eggs, etc...in the buffet style serving dishes...bar and food onsite."

"Staff was really helpful. The only reason why it was a 4 instead of 5 is because water leaked from the shower. Other than that enjoyed the outdoor patio, the lobby was nice, and the gym was clean. Great stay, it was calm and not so noisy."
