Downtown Pleasanton is charming. There are a lot of good places to eat and drink. The people are friendly too.

Im a previous Pleasanton resident and it has changed dramatically. Heavy traffic, overbuilt in the general area, my opinion it has become overpopulated. Lost its charm!

Pleasanton seems to be still a relatively safe community in CA. Hesitated to come to CA because of safety concerns but was pleasantly surprised.

We were in town to visit the fair, which is always lovely. Just wished we had picked a not so hot weekend.

The town is good, convenient for my business purposes. For some reason I have a time finding a restaurant with great food and service at a acceptable price. Overall Pleasanton is a nice town.
"I stayed in that hotel several times. It's a good place to stay for my San Jose vacations. Good service and breakfast

"Had a wonderful 2x night stay at this property. Would highly recommend if you need to be in the area for work but also could be a great stop four tourists as it's right off the 101 and there are tons of attractions around.
Lovely staff, excellent food, lovely main floor common areas with a nice indoor/outdoor bar and dinning area. Excellent gym. Was too cold for the pool but it looked nice. Rooms we're dead silent with lovely beds, work spaces, clean washrooms, and nice linens.
Would happily stay here again next time I am in Mountain View."
