"Loved the hotel facilities, views, restaurant and room size. Requested shower chair and microwave were in the room before we checked in:-) We were also greeted with a bottle of wine and discount voucher for restaurant. Girlfriend's birthday felt acknowledged and special. The whole experience felt like a treat. Despite cold weather, the pools, hot tubs, and restaurant outdoor seating were all warmed nicely. Easy drive to all of Santa Cruz and Capitola beaches. Will be 1st choice for future...

"The Harbor Inn definitely captures Santa Cruz in decor. It is bare bones. You get a clean bedroom and towels and that's it. It is excellent for a stay of a day or two and the Santa Cruz

front is easily walkable from the Inn and eating options are nearby, including grocery stores."

"This house has high quality features and made are stay so enjoyable. The kitchen and bathrooms had all we need. I have high standards for bathrooms, and these bathrooms were clean and modern. Linen and towels were fresh and the room came complete with a laundry basket--which for a family of 5 is a bonus feature. haha! "Location was great, clean, swimming pool was nice. The issue is when it comes time for breakfast, they are shorthanded, and several items were empty such as coffee, coffee cups, ketchup and so on. The room was spacious with two TVs, comfortable bed. The tub was new, but the bottom was not set right and would wobble when you would stand on it (as if you are on a surfboard). $300 a night is a little stipe for this type of service, but it is on off the affordable properties around there"
