"Everything was great. Great location! The only thing is the mattress was too hard for me."

"Overall decent. Got the wrong room when checked in. I think they were going to fix it the next afternoon but we didn’t want the hassle with relocating by that point. Also, room didn’t have coffee maker. I asked for one and was told someone would deliver it but never got it. Breakfast buffet not worth the money for us. The location of the property is very good. On-site bike rental good too as long as they have bikes available. One day we had to rent at another location. However, the staff at the recreation desk very helpful. We didn’t valet but that team was friendly and helpful too. Review your bill before checking out. Thankfully, we did and got everything fixed before final charges. No show stoppers but would only go back for the location. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at the Hilton Hotel in Hilton Head. From the moment we arrived, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. The first room we were checked into had a wet carpet and a strong mildew mold odor that was impossible to ignore. It felt unsanitary and uncomfortable immediately. Even the hotel staff seemed visibly concerned and disappointed by the state of the room, which only reinforced how unacceptable the situation was. The bathroom floor was dirty, there was hair present, and the entire space felt neglected and poorly maintained. We were moved to a second room, but unfortunately, it wasn’t much better. It was dusty, dingy, and still had an unpleasant smell. At that point, it was clear that the overall condition of the hotel was not up to standard. For a Hilton property, this was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness and basic upkeep should be a given, and this experience fell far short. I would not recommend staying here based on the current conditions."

"The room was clean. Parking was $30 a day which I thought was a little unreasonable. Parking should be included with a stay in my opinion. There are public parking options nearby if you want to avoid the $30 a day, but still… The staff was polite and helpful. The air-conditioning was amazing!!"

"The room was BEAUTIFUL & SPACIOUS! I loved that it had a couch and it's own small seating area. The shower gets really hot and the pressure was great. The one thing I will say is if you prefer a very cold room the AC does work but it doesn't get super cold. The hotel was very clean and pretty overall. The bar is really nice and the bar bites were pretty good as well. I had breakfast one of the mornings I stayed and I definitely do not think it is worth the money however, everything else with our stay was so great I would definitely stay here again!!"
