"They were in the middle of a remodel. We were excited to stay here based on the pictures, but the lack of cleanliness and amenities listed that were unavailable were disappointing. "

"Booked two queen bed only to end up with a queen and a pull out couch. I was told when I pointed this out that “ sometimes to booking sights don’t specify. Pull out couch is considered a second twin”. I was really disappointed but I did let it go. If anyone cares to follow up, I can give you the name of the individual who told me this."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here. The home is well kept and equipped. We sat out on the deck and watched the lobster boats and birds. The house is walking distance to both Erica’s and the Dolphin Inn, two of our favorite places, and a short ride to Pammy’s for ice cream. A beautiful place to watch sunrise and sunset. The only problem was the lumpy mattress on the double bed."

"The Loft Apartment was very nice, we arrived late and missed the building, no exterior lights were on, it took us a minute to figure out we drove past the loft. The loft is very nice, bed has a very firm mattress, washer and dryer is a nice addition. I asked the owner about use of the kayaks and never got a response. The preserve was nice. Overall we were happy with our stay"
