The staff is friendly and very helpful. My room was prepped and ready when I arrived. Valet was on point with getting my truck to and from the parking garage. Everything about my stay made my business days easy to unwind from.

we had some personal items taken from our room in our absence. i have waited 1 week to write as i have not heard back from the hotel mngr. aside from that, clean hotel, perfectly located within walking distance to the pier, ferries, restaurants and breweries. our 3rd trip to portland and we wont be staying here again.
