"Our stay on Little Gasparilla Island was truly unforgettable! From the beautiful, peaceful surroundings to the relaxing island atmosphere, it was exactly the escape we needed. There’s something so special about this little piece of paradise, and we loved every moment we spent there.What made our experience even better was our wonderful host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had an amazing stay. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the very beginning.We left with beautiful memories, happy hearts, and already wishing we could stay longer. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and special getaway. Little Gasparilla Island definitely stole a piece of our hearts, and we can’t wait to return Highly recommended"

"Jeff's place on Little Gasparilla Island was perfect for us. The complimentary ferry was a much appreciated perk to get to and from the island. Upon arrival, the condo was nice and cool which we were so grateful for. Condo was clean with wonderful beach views. Beds were super comfortable and the beach chairs and other items we so nice to have. Communication with Jeff was easy and always prompt!The island is such a special place and hope to get back someday!"

"What an amazing family experience! Every person we met on the island was extremely kind and hospitable. The beaches were perfect for families because it is not over crowded. There are millions of amazing sea shells and shark teeth that we enjoyed painting at night after dinner or board games. Such a true disconnect. We enjoyed boating, exploring the nearby communities, and seeing all the wildlife at the sandbars. The golf cart was extremely helpful. It needs to have a lift to avoid rain puddles but we made it work dodging. The condo was precious. The kids loved the staircase and porch. It had plenty of games. The beds were comfortable. I do feel like the overall cleanliness and organization of the condo could have been better (fans, air vents, storage spaces like closets). This would make the stay a bit better so we knew where to look for things like towels or kitchen supplies. And I would definitely let everyone know to pack bug spray! We will definitely be back because we had an amazing time and just what we needed before the new school year starts back!"

"This was a great property on LGI. The setup of the rooms was perfect for our group of 10, 4 adults and 6 kids. Jason was extremely responsive before and during the stay. Definitely research and plan for LGI, its a great island but requires some logistics to make work. Best part of the houae is the hot tub which is in the screen porch, which is a must on LGI."

"Very beautiful and very clean. The extras were shocking. Paddle boards, canoe, plenty of beach chairs….but the access to the pool and the golf cart were what sealed the deal. Being surrounded by salt water makes it all that much more important to have some fresh water to dive into. Thank you so much for the clean and well cared for stay."

"This Condo was amazing, and so was the host. Communication was great making a smooth check in and check out process. Decorations were beautiful and everything was very comfortable with a beautiful view off the front porch. will definitely book again!"
