"The Salty Mermaid was the perfect place for our group of 6, including 2 teens. We loved gathering at the big dining table for dinners and games. Kitchen was stocked with all the equipment we needed for the week. Great walking distance from the dock, but especially close to the beach. Host was prompt to respond to messages and check in/out could not be easier! Highly recommend this property on LGI for cleanliness, location, and great communication. "

"It's hard to have a bad time on Little Gasparilla island. Having a great host always makes it better. The condo was great and the host was great as well. John was very responsive to any questions and their condo was great. The location was great and the condo was beautifully done. "Great price for Boca Grande with everything we needed. Quiet, easy parking. Front desk extremely friendly and communicative. Although they didn’t know it, we were there for a sad occasion, and front desk’s energy and kindness helped immensely. The room was very clean: I gave it four stars only because it smelled somewhat mildew at times. Room itself was very clean … think the bathrooms would benefit from fans. All told, though, this was a great find at a reasonable price on Gasparilla Island. "

"We had a wonderful stay at H10! Tip to future renters, wait to go shopping until after you see what's all in the unit. We bought so many needless things as this unit already had them! Location was perfect. The beach wagon and golf cart were a blessing for sure! We hope this unit will be available when we return to the island in spring!"

"A very nice little house perfect walking distance between the dock and the beach. Wonderful back porch to sit on up stairs as well to enjoy your evenings when the suns gone down, listening to the breeze, sea birds, and the happiness that is LGI. Bring sunscreen, bug spray, and a good attitude for an amazing time. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and Michelle was amazingly helpful!"
