"There is some water damage, but that is to be expected. The property is beautiful. The condo was great! I didn't care for the speeding golf carts. You might as well have cars the way some of those people drive (kids and drunk people included). I really loved the location and beach. I felt that some of the other people were unfriendly to those renting, rather than owning. They literally were discussing how they hate people renting units out at the pool. But I would stay again because of the natural beauty and location. The condo itself is not responsible for the others being rude. We weren't there to make friends so all in all, I liked it. The views are amazing. "

"My wife and I returned energized and relaxed. We had a fantastic time. The place is a hidden gym. Management was very attentive but laid back. The beaches are pristine, untouched nature. Marina next door where you can rent a boat. Phenomenal get away destination. We will be back."

"Truly a "Happy Place" Great location!, very clean, the pool and dock for our boat was perfect! Just a short boat ride to Bocca Sand Bar and Stump Pass.The Home itself was set up very nicely for the four of us. I would definitely rent this place again.Also Property Manager was great!"
