"We had the most wonderful time. We've been to LGI before and chose this island specifically. The ferry is a huge bonus as well as the golf cart. John was an excellent communicator . The beds were comfortable and the pillows were the best. Every day early morning, coffee and a long walk on the beach. Then back to the condo and each day we took the ferry to shop a little and grab lunch at a new location. We celebrated my granddaughter's birthday and had planned early to pick up a cake from Sassy Tarts. The cake was exceptional. We did a little crafting, fishing, sharks tooth hunting and shell collecting. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back. We absolutely loved it so much."

"If you’re looking for the perfect island retreat, look no further! This property has everything you could possibly need. The owners are fabulous. Their communication and willingness to ensure their guests have a great time is top notch! We spent nine days here and could have never left. After 33 years of marriage this was our first childless beach vacation! We shared so many beautiful photographs and conversations that our 17 year old booked a flight and joined us for the last 3 days of our trip! "My family spent 4 nights in the condo and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We eloved having our morning coffee on the back patio while watch the dolphins play! "

"The Salty Mermaid is a great place to stay on Little Gasparilla! It was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. The 3 bedrooms all had comfy beds and sheets. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were a lot of towels in the house, but if you use them all, there is a washer and dryer included. There is a dining room with a table that seats 6 people. The couch / TV room is comfy and spacy. The TV appears to be 70 inches, and had subscriptions to most major streaming providers. The kitchen was very nice. Well stocked and very nicely decorated. We cooked dinner most nights and enjoyed eating on the back deck. There are numerous outdoor seating options that are comfortable and well thought out. There's even a fire pit stocked with wood! I can't say enough good things about the Salty Mermaid. We'll definitely be back. One thing to know is that the house is elevated similar to most of the houses on the island, so you do climb steps to get up to the house. This was not a problem for our family, but is something to be aware of if any one in your party has difficulty with stairs. "
