Great Blue Heron Hotel

"Our room was clean and fresh, and had a pod type coffee maker which made excellent coffee. Beds were very comfortable, and the rooms seem well insulated from each other.. no noise issues. Enjoyed a dinner in the restaurant, which was easily accessible right beside the hotel and casino. Our only issue would be the lighting in the room. None of the lights other than in the bathroom were very bright, and the reading lights beside the beds didn't work at all."

"The cottages are small and cute. The view is amazing on the board walk. Very well priced. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash outside which makes perfect sense. They don't supply towels or even face clothes. I missed it in the fine print, I guess. Property is ideally situated to explore Lindsay, Bobcaygeon or Fenelon Falls. All worth a visit. I'd recommend it for sure. You get what you pay for."

"Great Sunsets and Lake Views!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful waterfront cottage. The lake views are outstanding, and the sunsets are truly special — soft colours spreading across the water each evening made for unforgettable moments.The outdoor spaces are a real highlight. The spacious deck with comfortable seating and string lights is perfect for relaxing while taking in the scenery. The hot tub, with its coloured lights, was especially enjoyable at dusk as the sun set over the lake. The sauna and firepit added even more ways to unwind outdoors.The cottage itself is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The owner is very kind and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. The setting feels peaceful and private, with the water always in view. We would happily recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing lakefront getaway with great outdoor amenities."
