"We were absolutely in awe at the facilities- it was such a cool place to stay! The rooms felt a little worn and it didn't seem like the details were there on cleaning - the carpet seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed in a bit. There was also a lot of homeless and such in the area, and an uber driver said there were places nearby to not be caught at after dark - so it was a little scary walking around sometimes. but there were usually plenty of people around to help feel safer in the couple of blocks immediately around the hotel. "

She was knowledgeable about the area, offering great recommendations for dining and sightseeing that enhanced my visit to Atlanta. Her attention to detail and warm, friendly attitude made me feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight of my stay. The variety of options was impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary needs, and it provided a perfect start to my day. The hotel's proximity to major attractions like the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola was incredibly convenient, making it easy to plan efficient and enjoyable day trips. Despite the high level of service and prime location, I found the pricing to be very reasonable. The quality of service provided far exceeded the affordable price, adding incredible value to my stay. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very accommodating. Thanks to Jerine and the rest of the team at Holiday Inn Downtown Atlanta, my trip was not just a stay, but a wonderful experience.
