"Everything was great with this hotel.the only complaint that I have is when the housekeeping clean your room they take the little amenities that they put in the bathrooms out. They don’t replace it and they will take the dirty robes, but won’t replace them with new ones."

"Ebony at the front desk was wonderful!! Great personality and was very efficient checking us in. Only complaints would be the rooms and hallways are aged and quality of the rooms, i.e. the towels , bedding, window shade was tattered and torn, etc. were not the quality of any Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. Just old. Very average hotel room. Room was clean."

"Very nice room, even though the last day they weren’t much help as I was extremely unwell and I couldn’t move, they expected me out of the room by 1pm and made me feel even worse. But I also understand that there wasn’t to much they could do because I didn’t do late check out, so even though it was frustrating for me that it didn’t seem they were helping, I understand it’s up to me to sort late check out. But overall it was an amazing stay there"

"I left clothes in the closet and they did have them for me and took them to my friends room after I had left. To be very busy they were very pleasant and friendly at all times!"
