"Charming period house with nicely thought out furnishings. Very nice hostess; wonderful breakfasts and a handy room with frig, micro, and refreshments. Room very comfortable (we suggested the addition of bedside reading lamps). All in all, very convenient location, especially for Inman Park. Great visit."

"This is my first stay at a B&B. The directions that were sent were perfect and easy to understand. The room was spacious and the bathroom was larger than I was thinking. It was a very quaint and lovely. It was quiet and had all the things for you to stay. The area was also nice. Highly reccomend."

"The bedding perhaps needs to be updated to a quality mattress. We did not receive arrival instructions because we booked thru Expedia and the owners failed to look at the booking. We Had to call to gain acess, however, it was okay as John was very gracious. We did not stay overnight due to a family emergency back home, vacating the property around 11 pm. John phonedthe following day to check on us and to thank us for choosing his B &N."

"Property was exactly as described. It was very nice. Paid extra for pool heater but it didn’t heat the pool or jacuzzi enough to actually be able to enjoy and use it. It could have been the weather because it was cold. The only complaint is that after booking I was told that the cleaning fee was wrong and that I needed to pay extra. Which is s weird because when I view the property now it still doesn’t have the extra cleaning on the listing that they attempted to charge me. Other than that we...
