Nice Guest House, Great Location in Lisbon

The Wallis Guest House was nice and conveniently located, we enjoyed our stay in Lisbon largely due to the location of this property which provided easy access to the many things we walked to visited during our three day stay in the city.

Acceptable for budget traveler

Great and friendly receptionists. The intention of the accommodation isn’t for filled and therefore lack of finish of the rooms. Lissabon have become more expensive the last 2 years and the place is accessible for budget travelers.

I had a terrible experience! Is this Portugal? The bathroom is so narrow that when I sit on the toilet, my nose touches the glass door! There are two sinks in the bathroom, but only one works for men and women! The shower nozzle in the shower room leaks, but water spread out anyway, so I can use it! Handle of the pot in the kitchen was broken one side, and there were forks and knives in the spoon holder, but no spoons! No accidents occurred, but the broken wooden door was gaping, so I wondered if it was safe! I think it would be okay for those who want to experience a 19th century apartment, but it is not at all up to 21st century standards, so I recommend not expecting much! They said towels will change every 3days, Not every day! What a nonsense !

The worse terrible I ever stayed , the worse beds , I suffer from osteoporosis and I could not use three beds even asked if I could have a different mattress I was told no, she died if I could cancel room and get a refund so I could get another hotel I was told no ,so had to stay in the horrible horrible place and on top off that I had to suffer due to my illness , I had an horrible christmas staff at reception were rude, I do not tecimend that place

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Nous avons passé un séjour de 2 nuits avec mon fils, les chambres sont propres et disposent de serviette individuelle, attention la douche et les toilettes sont communes mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Les chambres sont belles, il y a une cuisine commune également. Nous avons bien dormi, le bruit quotidien de la rue mais pas dérangeant pour nous. L'accueil est top le personnel très gentil ! Et en plus très bien placé nous avons pu tout faire à pied

Pedro and Carmilla provided excellent customer service, they were very friendly with excellent English. We weren't sure if the shared facilities were a good idea but they are honestly excellent showers, bathroom and kitchen and very clean. Exceptional value for money thank you for a great nights stay.

Tres décevant, à fuir

L’accueil à la réception était pitoyable. Le monsieur parle un anglais très difficile à comprendre et il était désagréable. Il s’énerve quand je lui ai demandé la facture. Il y avait une toute petite serviette dans la chambre et pas de salle d’eau privée ! C’était pas clairement indiqué sur le site et j’ai croisé plusieurs personnes dans le couloir aussi surprises que moi. C’est une auberge de jeunesse et pas un hôtel ! Il faut qu’il change le nom et enlève les 3 étoiles. J’ai dû changer d’hôtel sans remboursement car ils l’ont refusé.

Notre expérience a été mitigé. Notre chambre était belle, propre et climatisé. Toutefois, le service à la clientèle est faible, peu enclin a répondre à nos questions. La cuisinette est très pratique puisqu'elle est suffisamment équipée pour nous permettre de cuisiner. Par contre, notre chambre étant située à côté de la cuisine, cela était très bruyants. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisée.

Malisima experiencia con la política de este hotel. Reservé dos habitaciones dobles con baño privado ,con reserva confirmada con Expedía, aunque no hicieron ningun cargo en la tarjeta de crédito que proporcioné. El día de la llegada estuvimos llamando al hotel para avisar que llegaríamos hacia las 20 o 21 horas, sin conseguir que nadie respondiera al teléfono. Desde la confirmación de la reserva el hotel nunca se puso en contacto con nosotros. Cuando llegamos a Lisboa, un chico en recepción nos dice que la habitacion que estaba a mi nombre estaba cancelada.(la reserva de ambas habitaciones estaba a mi nombre).Dice que el no sabe nada, ni quién la ha cancelado ni porqué y que de todas formas no estaba pagada (fueron ellos quienes decidieron no cargar el importe) Me dice que me busque otra habitación en otra parte porque el hotel está lleno(!En Lisboa, a las 21 de la noche y en comienzo de puente !!). Dice que no puede venir ningún encargado, porque "está de vacaciones" No puedo poner reclamación porque tendría q hacerlo según él en otro hotel Wallis (que ni idea de dónde está ni lo lejos).Dice que la otra habitación, a nombre de otra persona, si está disponible(ambas estaban reservadas por mí, insisto !!) Ofrece poner cama supletoria y que nos apañemos con una habitación,.Fue muy lamentable e incómodo.No limpiaron ni cambiaron ropa/toallas en las tres noches- Horrible política del hotel

Positiv: Direkt an der U-Bahn gelegen, Supermarkt in Fussweite Personal hilfsbereit Matratze war gut Negativ: Ausstattung sehr einfach, erinnert an Jugendherberge (kein TV, kaum Steckdosen, keine USB Lademöglichkeit) Hellhörig Zustand eher schlecht, Möbel im Vintage Stil und teilweise kaputt Zimmer war sehr klein
