"The hotel is both charming and ideally located for easy access to local attractions. Our room was very nice, with a particularly comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and pool facilities, and the gym was impressively well-equipped—far better than is typical for city hotels. The only minor drawback was the lack of communication from the hotel prior to our arrival. Despite sending several emails requesting information, we did not receive any response. That said, once we arrived, the staff were highly helpful and accommodating."

"Perfect hotel location for half marathon. Hotel clean and accommodating. Shame bar not always open as had to leave hotel for drinks/coffee. A bottle of perfume that arrived full disappeared to half empty which we felt very strange and we left this feedback with the hotel on departure. "
