"Some moulding on wall due to a water leak of some kind. It did not affect any functionality, however, the space was damp and mouldy smelling. The utensils were difficult to locate as they were in a cleverly hidden slide drawer which required communication to locate. The tennent on the main floor was intolerant to the paranoids of an older stair structure and having to lift luggage up the flight (as there is no elevator). "The apartment was in bad condition, need a maintenance, the wallpaper was in poor condition, there were no nightstands in one bedroom, the sink was clogged, one bathroom didn't have mirror, the pillows were very bad and you have to go up to the third floor by the stairs with your suitcases. "We enjoyed our stay at the Warwick Grand-Place, location is great about a 5 minute to the railway line (Central) which gave us easy access to Euro Star, which we need a number of times getting to and from places. Also a very short walk to the main square and a number of eating places, we did find a mall - Royal Gallery that was very beautiful and had a great restaurant called Le Marmiton mall was in it fabulous food and service. The hotel itself was very well kept and the staff very friendly and helpful Would certainly stay there again"
