Character apartment in the European district

The apartment is located in a peaceful street close to the European Parliament.

It is on the first floor of a typical Brussels house which has just been renovated and comfortably furnished.
You will find in the district many animations and restaurants (with terraces), very close supermarkets.

Sliding scale tariff according to the duration of the lodging (price envisaged for 2 people, supplement of 15 Euros / day by additional person).

Capacity for 4 people with the possibility of adding an additional bedroom in the basement (typically Brussels), just adjacent to the apartment and where can comfortably accommodate 2 additional people, with cable TV, separate individual WC and double bed.

The additional room is optional (30 € / night) but compulsory for groups of more than 4 people. Payable in cash upon arrival.

The apartment can perfectly suit people wishing to meet for exceptional events or to visit Belgium or a group working with the nearby European institutions.
Also ideal for expatriate families (special prices on request) looking for long-term accommodation for installation. We could also gladly help you in this process given our knowledge of Brussels).

Arrival possible after 10 p.m. but supplement of 30 Euros.

We have two parking spaces 180 meters from the house that we rent each with an additional € 10/24 hours if necessary.
Dogs and cats welcome (30 € extra payable in cash on arrival).

Stay in Belgium

Lovely old terrace house a public transport distance from CBD. The apartment is in an old house with lovely features and outlook. It is very clean and well appointed but a little tired. Window coverings need up grading and lights fixed so all lights work. We enjoyed our stay.

What a lovely place to stay. We were greeted promptly when we arrived, settled in and immediately walked into the beautiful city center. There is so much to explore in this neighborhood and everywhere. We wish we would have had more time.

The host was very helpful and provided good information on the things to see. House was very nice and very clean. On the down side the bed and pillows were not comfortable. Make sure to bring shampoo, soap and paper towels as these items are not supplied by the host.

Well suited for a long weekend

Very pretty and clean flat with 2(!) balconies in a good neighbourhood, well equipped kitchen. Great decor. Host was nice and helpful.The Institute of Natural Sciences is basically next door. Good connections with buses.Only the sofa in the kitchen was not so comfortable to sleep on, the flat is better suited for couples, if travelling with a group of friends it's probably better to book the additional room in the basement.

Brussels Christmas

Loved the location! We were able to find easily taking the train from Brussels airport because of Caroline and Fabrice's expert directions. We enjoyed the nightly walks back to the cozy apartment from the touristy sections of Brussels. We also really appreciated the close proximity of the hosts and their accommodating nature.

Wonderful apartment close to city centre

My partner and I stayed in this apartment in October. The apartment itself is beautiful with lots of natural light. It’s in a great location, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities close by and is also just a walk away from the centre of Brussels. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The check-in process was very smooth and Caroline and Fabrice were extremely helpful. I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Brussels.

Perfect location, wonderful apartment in a beautiful neighborhood and Fabrice greeted us, making us feel comfortable upon our arrival. Close to the Luxembourg Station, which made traveling around Belgium easy. Recommend!

Great apartment, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brussels and especially in this apartment. It is very nicely located in a quiet surrounding, yet right in the middle of a vibrant part of the city. Place Jourdan is only a short walk away where you can enjoy a drink and of course Brussels' most famous fries at Maison Antoine. Our hosts were very friendly and communication was no problem at all. The apartment has everything you need and even two balconies where you can relax before or after an interesting day in town. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back in the near future.

Great apartment, perfectly located

Great apartment, perfectly located near to the European Parliament. Perfect location for dog owners due to the great park around the corner. Nice shady terrace, especially on hot summer days. Grocery stores, bars and restaurants nearby. Bus service to the city center and train station are only a few minutes away. Your car can be parked in a garage around the corner (extra fee of 10 Euros per day). Caroline and Fabrice are very friendly and nice hosts.

VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!

My experience at Caroline and Fabrice's house was defintely positive! The house was historic and really beautiful, with large , clean and well equipped rooms. We booked also the second bedroom downstairs, it was cozy too. It is very close to the Parliament and to the metro stop and there are streets in the neighborhood full of restaurants and bars. Caroline was always helpful and nice! A very good experience!

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was just as it was described. It was in a nice neighborhood close to the Luxembourg rail station and the street is actually the entrance to the Natural History museum. I am from the US and this was my 1st time in Europe. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and updated and the entire house still held the old-world charm. All appliances worked and there were sufficient kitchen utensils. Getting anywhere in the city was easy from this location. We were provide with many guides to the city in different languages. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay near Brussels

First off, the property and host were great. Extremely communicative and the property is exactly how you see it in the pictures. The area is also great, 5 min walk from Brussels-Luxembourg train station, and walking distance to many shops/restaurants. The area is also beautiful, right next to the European Parliament building. A few things that’s could be improved: check in/check out process. You must communicate with host and wait for them to arrive to get your keys and then wait for them to arrive before you can check out. This can be some trouble waiting around for them. Also, they ask that you pay the tax/person/night in Euros at the end of your stay, which seems a little sketchy. The bathroom has a broken tile and the shower doors also keep falling off their track. The broken tile should be fixed as this is a hazard for anyone walking around. Other than those suggestions, the stay was great, the place was clean and we enjoyed our trip!

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung war prinzipiell super und sauber. Nur der Fußboden und auch Möbel der Terasse sollten teilweise repariert werden. Schade, dass die Blumen dort nicht gepflegt werden , das macht dann die Liebe zum Detail aus . Wir haben auch , wie im Inserat angegeben , keinen Toaster oder Whirlpool vorgefunden . Die Lage der Wohnung ist super . Man kann alles zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen .

Central and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. It's very well-equipped and clean. Plus, you can walk to the center in less than half an hour. We enjoyed a peaceful stay.

The suite was lovely with 2 decks. No living room area and the second day bed was not that comfortable. Suitable for a couple and perhaps 2 children. If you need 2 beds for adults I would recommend renting the separate bedroom for 30 euros per nightCaroline was very nice and helpful
