•No security/privacy. This is the top floor of a shared house, not a unique, secured condo. There is no front door to separate this space from other residents.•No second bedroom.•No private pool/yard - this space is entirely exposed to a wall of windows to a different residence, and use of the pool requires a substantial fee.•Laundry is neither private nor free•No gym, tennis
