"The hotel is very clean and very conveniently located close to good shops but just off the main streets. The staff did really well with ensuring the breakfast items were kept stocked up whilst having multiple ultimate frisbee teams there for the Heavy Weights tournament!

"Everything was clean and maintained. Even the pool was in great condition. St. Charles is an expensive area to get a hotel in and this one is a very good value comparatively. "
"We checked in later in the evening, staff was very nice and easy/quick check in. Elevator needs a cleaning but not bad. Hotel looks like it is being updated gradually, so the hallway was out of date but not bad. Room was nice and big, new carpet. Bathroom is a little dated but had a fresh paint job. Towels were small and thin like the ones from the pool. Bed was comfortable, and clean. Curtains had 1 broken part at the rod to open/close, could use a cleaning. 2 bulbs burnt out in the room, but didnt cause us any issues. Over all it was a nice hotel, will be very nice o ce renovation is complete. Breakfast was good too, and staff was attentive."
