Staff very pleasant ( esp in dining room)…but all helpful. Only downside was acoustics as I could hear conversations etc if people in next suite not good when people are JettLaggeclagged and wide awake when you are trying to sleep.

This apartment was excellent. Large bedroom with comfortable twin beds, separate large lounge room with kitchen attached. Laundry in the basement - costs 6 euro for a big wash and unlimited drying. Soap powder is included. You have to get a laundry coin/token from reception first. Small supermarket is next door. Really helpful and friendly staff. I'd definitely stay there again.

The property is very close to the tramway and the main street of Nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The property itself opens on to a pedestrian street ligned with eateries. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
