"This property is especially hard to check-in. Unlike a regular hotel, this has very narrow check-in hours and if you call the phone number listed, it comes back as busy. There is no door to knock on. I just had to hang out at the property and waste expensive time on a hot vacation day to wait until the property manager walked by. "This place is Amazing! I almost don't want to say how good it is because I may not be able to rebook it once word gets out. The apartment was everything one could want and the view from the bedrooms and upstairs kitchen and living room are breathtaking. Ownership was extremely helpful and answered our emails very quickly. Location to town made getting needed items easy. They send us a text directions and a video on how to get there. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed it."

"The location of the hotel is spot on. The staffs are super accommodating and helpful. We stayed for a day only though we were booked for two days. If not for the unpredictability of the trains' schedules, we would have stayed the full two days so we could enjoy La Spezia to the fullest. Other than that, the accommodation was super and so reasonably priced. "
