"An sich war es sehr schön. Leider gab es in der Dusche nur selten warmes Wasser und wenn dann war der Wasserdruck im ganzen Haus schlagartig weg. Zudem war die angegeben mit alle Räume sind klimatisiert und es gibt WLAN falsch. Wir hatten für die Schlafzimmer Ventilatoren und es steckte ein Router im Wohnzimmer doch uns wurde kein Passwort gesagt. Die Aussicht war ein Traum. Der Pool war ganz ok. Leider musste man immer durchs Wasser gehen um zu den Liegen zu kommen. Das Wasser war sauber nur...

"We made the difficult decision to leave this property before spending even one night there.Our experience started badly when the host, who lives in another part of the property, greeted us with obvious frustration because she had waited about 30 minutes for our arrival. "This location in Vernazza is truly one of a kind. The hike up to the tower is worth it every time. Porters carried our bags up to the tower which was a wonderful perk. The accommodations were perfect for our 3 nights here. We couldn't get enough of the outside patio and view any time of day. Filled with little Italian trinkets and decor it was very comfortable. Check in and out was very easy. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone."

"Excellent location in Riomaggiore, highly recommend for Cinque Terre stay! However make sure you can walk/carry suitcase as Riomaggiore is very stair and elevation heavy, and for the view of the room (which is incredible) you will have to go up some stairs!"

"The hotel was gorgeous- the staff was amazing, the location was perfect. There was one flaw. The WiFi was horrible on every floor except the lobby - it was constantly dropping and since cell signal in the area was bad we would have trouble utilizing the internet to find restaurants, buy tickets etc…. I am sure they will get the WiFi fixed and those hotel will be great. Even with the WiFi issues, I highly recommend it."

"The hotel lobby vibe is very energetic and positive. The staffs are amazing and helpful. My room is on the first floor with no lift access and they help us to bring up to our room and carry it down for check out. I had an injury of my wrist and needed ice compression and they were very kind to give me the ice pack for free. However, room is slightly cramped for 2 30” luggages"

"Accommodation was central, clean and well maintained. Martina provided great communication and check in. There is no parking but we parked at Europa Car Park which cost us 18 Euro per day, it was more secure and better maintained then the train station parking lot. The room was just like the photos, and we could walk across the road for dinner/breakfast, great location! Thank you!"

Hotel is perfectly situated on the beachfront and the staff from reception to dining and housekeeping are all very friendly and helpful and professional.
