"The best thing about this hotel was the view of the Matterhorn at sunrise from our window and balcony. The room wasn’t particularly large but decent sized for Europe. As with other hotels we stayed at in Europe, the rooms ran warm even with our radiator in the off position. We had a door to the balcony that we would leave open for hours at a time to cool our room down (in early April). The bathroom was small but satisfactory although the towels were quite thin. The breakfast buffet was okay- coffee on demand, fresh fruit cereals, yogurt and breads. No eggs cooked to order and no pastries."

"A very good hybrid of hotel and hostel. And location just across the road from the train station was perfect when travelling by train with luggage. My single room was simple and basic, with shared bathrooms/toilets, but was clean and comfortable. I had some concerns initially but sharing facilites wasnt problematic. A small balcony with a view (sometimes!) of the majestic Matterhorn was great! "

"Lovely spot, a few minutes walk to the lift and to the village, friendly staff, and nice breakfast. There’s a sauna which is great, but the gym doesn’t have any equipments. "

"Free buffet breakfast is good.Two of my friends had birthdays and I asked them if they could prepare a birthday cake.They did and with balloons.Our room with balcony has a view of Matterhorn ,it’s so beautiful.The staff are very friendly and helpful.We even had a dinner at their hotel."
