"Cute and modern 3 bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bath with large shower which is not common! We did arrive around 2030 and their were no bath towels, but the caretaker came immediately. The cost of linens and towels and cleaning fee should be built in to the final price but in the fine print it says you must pay in cash this extra amount. We had most of the cash needed to pay the 110E extra but we were short 3E. We asked if that would be enough but she said no. We found an ATM the next...

The floor plan works for a couple, a small family, or two couples. There are 2.5 bathrooms and a large open plan living room/dining room + kitchen. A utility room contains a washing machine. "The cottage was ok, very small and rather outdated, but it did the job for a quick overnight stay during our Bavaria and Austria trip, would not recommend for longer stay. HOWEVER, not only are there additional guest and verbo service fees on top of the nightly charge, which is typical, but there's 70 eur cleaning fee in cash AND 10 eur per person towel and bed linen fee in cash! Each person has to bring their own bed linen and towels. And you'll receive an email with mattress and bedding...

"We had a wonderful 9-day summer stay in August, having come over from England (sorry this review is in English!). The house was fantastic and the area very beautiful. My eight-year-old twins loved climbing some of the local peaks, going to high-wire parks and local swimming pools. "Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Heidi`s Häuschen in Bad Mitterndorf verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Frisch renovierte Bäder und eine komplette Ausstattung im Haus und Garten tragen dazu bei, dass man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Das Freizeitangebot in Bad Mitterndorf und Umgebung ist auch im Sommer sehr vielfältig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!"

"Das Landhaus liegt sehr abgeschieden. Nachts ist es bei Wolken absolut dunkel und ruhig. Man hört nur die Steyr rauschen oder den Wind in den Bäumen. In etwas Abstand am Haus vorbei geht ein Wanderweg die Steyer entlang, der schöne Ausblicke auf das klare Bergwasser bietet. Da das Landhaus ganz unten im Flußtal liegt, ist es sehr windgeschützt. Mit den Öfen ist schnell geheizt und es verbreitet sich eine gemütliche Wärme. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber sehr stilvoll. Meine Frau und ich waren...

"We had a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful home. Gorgeous views of the Grimming mountain! The hosts were so welcoming and personally drove over to welcome us in, gave us a tour and toasts. Everything was incredibly clean. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Very cozy environment with a wood stove and a personal sauna. They were so accommodating for a baby as well and put clean sheets on a baby crib and brought out a high chair."

"The location is amazing! It has both stunning views of lake on one side and mountains on the other side. The room was clean, well set, fresh smell and well set. Restaurant was top notch! Their Breakfast offerings have both cold and hot stations. They had fresh fruits and fresh veggies. Their morning chef Daniel was very accommodating in their Omelette Station and Finally the view from the Restaurant is to die for! Highly Recommended."
