  • Spacious "farm country" duplex merely 7 minutes from city centre Georgetown KY. 40 min from Arc Experience. 15 min from KY Horse Park & a 20 min drive to Lexington, Keeneland or the Red Mile. A 25 min drive to UK & Rupp Arena. Business travellers welcome. Master bedroom w/ queen size bed & full bath; second bedroom w/ king sized bed, and a second full bath. Large rooms, eat in kitchen and washing machine and dryer make this a great spot for an extended stay!

    Massage Therapist rents space in the same building and is available if you'd like to schedule a massage as a separate service. same building, different suite.

    There are chairs provided to sit outside if you like.

Comfortable stay, clean, and spacious. Accessible to the bourbon trail, but yet off the beaten path. The home is more than a duplex, not expecting people above, and entry a little confusing, but all amenities we needed.

Great place to stay

This was a really great location for traveling around and visiting the area . Beautiful , large country duplex With plenty of space both inside and outside for walking and enjoying the country. Very gracious hosts.We got to meet several times. Don't hesitate to book this location!
