This one-of-a-kind rental gives a luxury feel with its brand-new design. This historic home has been completely remodeled from top to bottom and is in the heart of downtown. Walk to any bar, restaurant, or hot spot in just a few short minutes, or come back and enjoy the home after a great day of bourbon tasting!
Each bedroom has a king-sized bed and bathroom. There is an additional powder bathroom on the main floor. The living room has a see-through gas fireplace that leads into the dining room. This large space is perfect for entertaining! The kitchen is cozy with a breakfast nook attached. The wallpaper is a showstopper! Relax and sip a cocktail on the back brick patio with string lights above enjoying the quiet outdoor space. There is parking for four in the rear of the home. This is truly a must-see.
