Conveniently located 10 mins from the interstate; 15 mins to Keeneland and the airport; 30 mins to Frankfort & the Ky Bourbon Trail. There are a plethora of local bars, restaurants & entertainment within a few blocks: Blue Stallion Brewing, Distilled, Justin's House of Bourbon, Wine & Market, Blue Heron Steakhouse, Stella's Deli, Pies & Pints, Tony's Steakhouse, LexLive, West 6th Brewing, County Club + all the offerings in the Distillery District, to name just a few!

Very walkable! If the weather makes walking unpleasant, you can uber or lyft easily. There are also scooters you can ride downtown.
