"Just what we needed for a couple of nights while in Frankfort for a family event. Great price! Older apartment buildings, this building was in the front part of complex, our parking lot had out of state license plates, I believe other buildings were long term rentals. Inside was updated, we would stay again."

"The rental was as advertised! GPS did take us to a different parking lot, but we easily navigated to the correct building based on unit number. The king bed was very comfortable and the entire rental was extremely clean!! Bathroom was a little small, but that is to be expected in a condo. There was plenty of parking. You could tell the neighborhood/complex was an older establishment when you drove up, but it was a nice part of town, and the area was quiet. The owners did a nice job on the inside...

"Overall for the money the place was decent. Unfortunately the WiFi only worked one day while there. I did communicate with the property manager that did their best to help us out with that. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy at night. We always came back before dark so no worries for us."

"Serenity Place is a swanky and cozy condo in such a great location to downtown. We had no shortage of options of places to walk and things to do as the condo is right across from a plaza where they have live music on Thursday and a farmers market on Saturday. Restaurants and bars surround the place and our group was very happy with the location. The condo is beautiful and was roomy enough for our group of 6 to be very comfortable. "This flat was bright and sunny with decent spaces. The bathroom was spacious. Very basic stock of kitchen supplies - but who wants to cook when you are surrounded by so many great restaurants within walking distance!"
