Light and airy newly renovated one bedroom condo. Lots of space abounds in this unit. Rooms are large with lots of storage! New queen size bed in pull out sofa for extra bodies that may accompany you. Granite and stainless steel in the kitchen, new tile in the bath. Internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight. Just steps from local restaurants, such as Mexican and Pizza joints and distilleries.

Great experience

Convention location, extremely clean - which is my highest priority. Easy departure instructions. Great value. Neighborhood is safe but appearance doesn't initially reflect that. I would stay here again.

Great place-close to many distilleries

The place was as shown in the pictures. It had everything needed except an ice tray (which was no big deal). It was a great location if you are touring the local distilleries. Would stay here again if in the area.

Frankfort

This was a great location to visit distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. Great price and just what we needed for our stay. The king size bed was comfortable. The living space and kitchenette was just right for two people.

Cute place

Very cute place, clean and nice Location for us. When we heading home to Ohio from the Smokies and wanted to stop in Bourbon country. This place was less than 10” to Buffalo Trace. Lots of restaurants around as well.

Accurate to the listing, great price, clean, easy check in/out process, great communication with host. Simple, cozy place that is a good stay for 1-2 people. Cute, cute town! Check out Kentucky CoffeeTree Cafe about 8 min away - yum!

Excellent stay in Frankfort

We loved our stay. Perfect little place with everything we needed for an excellent price. Comfy bed. Very clean. Quiet. Close to restaurants and Buffalo Trace Distillery. Downtown Frankfort is not far either.

Weekend Stay

This condo was very well decorated, clean and provided adequate seating for an overnight stay to an event we were attending. Great location to the downtown area, etc. Neighborhood is not the best; however, there was no disturbances and minimal peoole around there. Would definitely recommenfmd for a couple people to enjoy for a day or two getaway to Feankfort.

Bourbon Trail Trip

The condo was clean and the perfect size for what we needed. The location is great for visiting places on the bourbon trail, and being only 8 minutes from Buffalo Trace is perfect for stopping there in the mornings. Check in and check out process couldn’t be easier.

The condo was the perfect place to stay for the weekend since we were going to some of the distilleries around Frankfort. The condo was clean and had everything we needed including dishes to cook a simple breakfast. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in Frankfort

Very nice

I stayed for 6 nights. The condo was very nice. Clean, quiet, and as a single woman, I felt safe. The king size bed was very comfortable. Communication with owners was excellent. Check in process was easy. I would stay here again.

The kitchen and bathroom were just enough for us to get by and the bed was big and comfortable. The instructions for locating the unit and then for unlocking the door were incomplete and caused an unnecessary delay and frustration getting into the unit. The rest was O.K. The price was good and check-out was easy.

Nice Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our 3-night stay. It was nice and clean inside, King bed was comfy, the kitchen was used for breakfast only and it was perfect. Towels were provided, hair dryer, iron, pots, pans, Netflix and even board games. It’s small but we felt very comfortable and we loved the distance to Buffalo Trace and nearby restaurants. A little rough neighborhood but we had no issues whatsoever and it’s quiet. It seemed like the condo next door and further down were all Vrbos as well. Something to think about when we come back and bring a group. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and this condo was a great place to come back to each evening to relax. Easy check in/check out, location was a bit run down but never had any problems or felt unsafe so don't let that discourage you from choosing this place for your stay in Frankfort.

The place was clean and the hosts were very helpful, especially when I had an issue with my door code. The neighborhood left a little to be desired, but to no faults of the listers. Made a fine place to sleep while staying in Frankfort!
