"Our stay at Katherine Cottage was absolutely perfect, the cottage is beautiful , inside and out, it is set in a woodland setting ,beside a little river. We have stayed many times in French properties, but none of them can compare with this fabulous place"

"Tres bien placé pour faire les châteaux de la Loire et le zoo de Beauval . Un jour châteaux 1 matin et soir le lendemain Beauval et maisons troglodytes . 3eme jour clos lucé Amboise , Azay le rideau et le soir ile de Ré . "

"Le propriétaire est quelqu'un de très agréable, très accueillant. Nous étions 4 couples d'amis avec 5 enfants (de 1 mois à 5 ans). L'endroit est reposant et magnifique. Le service est de très grande qualité (la maison est magnifique, les pièces sont très grandes, la literie est top), tout est compris (linge, draps, ménage en fin de séjour) ce qui rend le séjour zen. Les enfants ont adoré nourrir les animaux. Les parents ont adoré les soirées sur la terrasse, le terrain de pétanque, la piscine...

"The property was perfect for our short 2-night stay to visit Zoo de Beauval and Chenonceau. The house was clean, well-appointed and comfy with plenty of games for the children. The only things lacking are WiFi and a washing machine but we knew this when we booked. After our days out we relaxed, dined and watched the sunset in the beautiful garden. Communication with Olivier and Emmanuelle was excellent too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book again if we return to the area."

"Good location, great for visiting this part of the Loire Valley. Great wine tasting options, Blois Chateau excellent and the zoo at Beauval for adults and kids alike! A very well equipped property and nice walks along the river and canal."

"Very nice. Lovely outdoor seating area, free parking in the yard. Very small, but the space is used very well. Only complaint is that there was no WIFI (even though the listing says there is), which was hard because only one of us had a travel data plan, and we have a teenager :). "

"Fijn verblijf. Aardige en behulpzame gastvrouw en heer. Prachtig gelegen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor mooie fietstochten (E-MTB) door bossen, agrarisch gebied, dorpjes en de stad Loches. Het was koud (eind april). Het huisje ligt op het oosten en pakt weinig zon. Verwarming is OK, jammer dat de haard niet gebruikt mocht worden. Verder is het huisje goed uitgerust."
