Located in the village of Selles sur Cher, this newly renovated house, full of charm with its fireplaces, cement tiles and parquet floors in the rooms, can accommodate 5 to 7 people. It has a large garden and enclosed parking, a shaded terrace with summer kitchen and a petanque. Internet access.

Description: the Mazière with an area of 100 m² is arranged as follows:
- entrance of 6 m²
- a large room with a bed of 140x200, a bed of 90x200, a wardrobe and shelves,
- a large bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a large wardrobe
- a bathroom with shower and double sinks, heated towel rail,
- a living room with a dining area a lounge area giving direct access to the terrace with sofa bed, TV and wifi; a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven, kettle, fridge / freezer, hood, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto) and toaster, with direct access to the terrace.

Very Good Property

Good location, great for visiting this part of the Loire Valley. Great wine tasting options, Blois Chateau excellent and the zoo at Beauval for adults and kids alike! A very well equipped property and nice walks along the river and canal.

Idéal pour une famille désirant découvrir la région

Belle maison fonctionnelle , idéale pour une famille de 5 personnes... Un grand jardin clôturé permettant de laisser les enfants jouer tranquillement dehors. Extérieur avec BBQ, terrain de pétanque et panier de basket. Au cœur des pays de la Loire, idéalement situé pour la découverte de la région. Les propriétaires situés à proximité sont adorables et très réactifs le cas échéant. Chaudement recommandé !

Très confortable!

Maison très confortable et agréable, parfaitement équipée, grand jardin avec des coins ombragés, et un terrain de pétanque plaisant! A 10-15 minutes à pied du centre de la ville et de ses commerçants. Sans doute la plus belle maison que nous ayons louée. Propriétaire sympathique et en plus, région magnifique!

La maison est idéalement située a 25mn du parc. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse extérieure puisque la température était clémente A recommander pour passer un bon moment

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans la magnifique maison rénovée de Karine. Autant la maison que le jardin est accueillant. Il y a tout le nécessaire à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur pour passer un agréable séjour.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Karine. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée, propre, bien décorée. Le jardin est également très agréable avec son terrain de pétanque. La maison est située à 20 minutes du zoo de beauval. Karine est très reactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr geräumiges Haus mit großen Garten und eigener Boule-Anlage. Gepflegt und sauber, gutes Bett, sehr einladend, mit umfangreicher Ausstattung. Während der heißen Tage (>36 Grad) immer erholsam kühl. Stadtkern problemlos per Fuß erreichbar, neuer Boulanger/Patissier in der Straße absolut empfehlenswert. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Chenonceau, Blois, …) bestens geeignet. Karine hatte alles bestens vorbereitet und hat bei Anfragen immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder mal.

Séjour à Selles Sur Cher

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Karine. Très bon accueil, propriétaire charmante. Très beau gîte, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipé.Un magnifique jardin, un super terrain de pétanque. Le gîte est idéalement situé, il est proche de beaucoup de monuments, zoo ... Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.
