"Great location. The shower in the room was a bit small, but that might just be the "American" in me... There was also a lack of outlets in the room. Very minor things, I would stay here again. Clean, safe, vibrant!"

"Hotel is located in a quiet area of Brussels but just a 25 minute walk into the centre or short taxi ride. Plenty bars and restaurants nearby and there a great patisserie located opposite in the square for morning coffee and a croissant before setting out for the day. Strongly recommend a day trip to Bruges & Ghent on the train "

"Nice hotel, but needs better entrance is needed. I was put ina room against the elevator shaft, probably one of their worst. Im sure there were others available. The front desk man older with white hair asked me twice if i wanted to eat at the restaurant that i was asking to get a seat in. Not sure what that was about. Other than that the hotel was in a good location and clean. "

"The staff were very friendly and very helpful, especially Daniel on check in. The room was nice and comfortable. It was a real bonus to have a kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge. Convenient location in the European quarter and near a nice park. If I was staying for longer it would have been great to have more cupboard space."

"Paid extra to have club access…just not worth it. Breakfast consisted of some so danish, croissants, fruit salad and yogurt. Nothing added to midday …even saw the fruit salad still there. We had a suite…fridge empty, not even a bottle of water. Bedroom very sparse .. broken window shade and electrical outlet under window didn’t work….found out the next day when I was sightseeing and my battery was dead."

"Nice spacious room with kitchenette, dinner corner and balcony with a view on a garden. Very calm despite that you are in the center of Brussels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Can warmly recommend and we will come back when staying in Brussels."
