El personal fue amable. El siguiente mensaje sería para mejorar el mantenimiento del hotel, ya que el baño tenía una fuga y estuvo mojado el piso todo el tiempo. La cama y almohadas podría mejorar. El colchón estuvo extremadamente duro y las almohadas muy bajitas. El aire acondicionado no sirvió. Pero la ubicación es buena y accesible. La seguridad del estacionamiento es importante y el hotel lo tiene. El personal muy amable. Gracias.

Hotel pequeño pero funcional, las habitaciones confortables y el desayuno muy bien.

El Hotel tiene una excelente ubicación cerca del Expiatorio y una parada del metrobus cruzando la calle. Cuenta con desayuno incluido que ayuda a empezar el día con energía. Las instalaciones estan limpias sin embargo estan deterioradas por el tiempo y el gimnasio no tiene ningina maquina funcionado. El servicio de todo el personal es atento y amable. En general lo recomiendo, es seguro, céntrico y limpio.

Es la primera vez que me quedo en la parte de abajo y el baño toda la noche hacía un ruido de que tenía fuga lo cual era algo molesto para dormir y sobre todo el desperdicio de agua. Solo espero lo revisen pero los seguire buscando para hospedarme

Es un lugar céntrico, con un estacionamiento propio. Las habitaciones tienen lo indispensable pero no hay toallas. El desayuno incluído es bueno.

En general bien, hace falta mejorar, como muestra no funcionaban los accesos a las habitaciones con las llaves electrónicas, se tenia que avisar en recepción para que nos abrieran, las cajas de seguridad tampoco funcionaban, por lo demás bien

Tuvimos una pésima experiencia, por la madrugada los tipos hospedados en el cuarto de aún lado intentaron entrar a nuestro cuarto forzando la chapa, GAD no lo lograron. Llámanos a recepción por casi una hora y nunca contestaron. La pasamos súper mal, por la mañana fuimos a recepción y les hicimos mención y dijeron que no podían hacer nada.

Fue buena la habitación; solo en una que rente después no tenía aire acondicionado, el servicio en general muy bueno, el desayuno demasiado picoso los chilaquiles, muy atentos todo muy limpió, ha y hace mucho ruido el aire acondicionado truena, pero en general 8/10.
