"It is an okay place to stay, easy access to the central and the shore. It is nice and warm and the rooms are getting cleaned daily. You can arrange a highland tour from the city which is great. There is a couple bakery and coffee shop around but our fav was artisan coffee on the corner for breakfast. We arrived after 10pm, we did called them to let them know. We had to pay 10£ for which is not a problem and we knew that we have to, but because of that or something else, not sure but staff...

"This property is exceptional. The room was clean and very comfortable. The Staff is where this hotel excels. They are knowledgable, friendly, and SO accommodating. The location is great for a quick bus ride to many attractions and downtown Edinburgh. "

"The room was very spacious and clean. It seemed as it was recently refurbished. They were really accommodating and provided us with a packed breakfast as we had an early tour one day and couldn´t stay for breakfast. The buffet breakfast was good and freshly made. The guest house is very well communicated, it is about 30 min walk from the city centre but has restaurants 10 minutes away. Also the bus stop is right opposite the house. There was barely face to face service and the man I spoke to...
