"This was only a one-night stay, but upon arrival, the concierge was a pleasure to work with. She was upbeat positive, and after learning that stairs wouldn't be a preferred option, she adjusted my room, and then offered that there were foam rollers and a hot tub to help loosen myself up. It was a touch of empathy that wasn't expected. The room was really clean, quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I love H2 Suites hotels, but this one will have my business again. "

"We checked in unpacked, showered and went to go to bed but the blinds were broken. Called downstairs- they acknowledged that they knew they were broken and thought they were fixed. Asked if we wanted a sheet or to move rooms- since it is brightly lit up outside due to car dealership next doors we packed up and moved downstairs. They were quick to help rectify the situation and were kind and helpful."
