We stayed at The Cōz to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and be closer to Hale Centre Theatre where we saw a couple plays. The Cōz was extremely well stocked! It had just about everything we could need (except an oven). All the furniture was very comfortable, the fireplaces & big TVs delightful, the massage chair fabulous, and the ambiance welcoming and calm. We had a wonderful time there and hardly noticed all the rain that was falling outside. Our hosts even provided a sweet little anniversary gift. Definitely a great place to stay!

The Coz was clean and comfortable, easy to get to, very convenient to the ski resorts. The hosts were super nice and responsive. The massage chair was a game changer after skiing all day. I highly recommend The Coz!

The COZ is indeed cozy

Great, peaceful neighborhood. Convenient to gas and grocery stores, ski areas and mountain biking. Easy directions, a parking spot in the driveway, and a nice list of suggested restaurants, activities, etc. Super clean, nice amenities, and very cozy. Love the fireplaces and the massage chair!!

VERY COZY COMFORTABLE STAY

The COZ is a very nice property. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, popcorn and granola bars. The main bedroom was large and the bed was comfortable. The place is well decorated. The backyard is beautiful and we were welcome to enjoy back patio by the owners who are very friendly. If we are ever in the Salt Lake City area again, we will definitely stay at The COZ.

This cute little place was Amazing. Everything you would need including a shared freash garden and fruit trees! Pics do not do it justice. And its bigger than it looks.

Winter break ski trip

We stayed at the COZ for our winter break vacation. It was 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 12). The place is very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Troy was very nice and checked in with us. We had no issues while staying here. I would definitely recommend this place and come back in the future!

The Coz is a good name for this rental because it is cozy. There was plenty of room for the two of us, though it could easily accomadate four. It is quiet as is the area. The bed was comfortable and so was the other furniture. It was easy to find, coming from the airport. Parking was in the driveway or in the street. I recomend staying at The Coz.

Amazing stay!

This rental had everything that was needed. The main bed was very comfortable which is always an issue when traveling for my me and my husband. This one was top tier cozy! The host was very sweet and accommodating, giving us an option for bikes and pears off their tree (which were a delicious treat). The massage chair was such a nice touch. If I ever visit Utah again, The Coz is my first option!

Quick trip to utah

We have a conference to attend in Sandi. The host was great at reaching out. The police was well appointed with a nice touch of granola bars, and bottled water that came in handy at our meeting the following day. Would definitely use this location again, and recommend it to anyone!
