"We stayed 3 nights. It was a nice neighborhood and close to BYU. Although it was in the basement the windows were large enough to allow natural light inside. We received 2 or 3 emails telling us what we needed to do to check out. Each one was slightly different than the prior one. So we did our best to leave it in good order. "

"This basement apartment was a very comfortable and lovely place to stay. It is in a very upscale nice neighborhood Close to everthing you need and convenient to the interstate. Highly recommend this listing. "

If we had been there to enjoy the house it would have been less desirable as multiple things about the place were simply missing comparing to other VRBOs.
